Happy Holidays

I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and enjoy the holiday season. Christmas is so much different for me now. It is more stressful because I want to make it as perfect as possible for my kids, but when I stop and take a breath I am so thankful for this wonderful time of year. I love the spirit of Christmas, and I love seeing my children learn about the Savior's birth and get excited for Santa to visit. I am thankful that we will get to have our first Christmas with Fayth, and for the wonderful feeling she has brought into our home. May YOUR Christmas be Merry & Bright! We love you all!

Before you complain about how cold it is where you live...just be glad you aren't in Colorado. (unless of course, you are in Colorado, in which case you feel my pain). Last night it broke a record low of -15 degrees. Yes, that is NEGATIVE. And the high today only got up to 9 degrees I believe. When the weather starts looking like really good golf scores, you know something is not right.

Merry Christmas, from our Elves to yours

The boys and I made this together. We were all laughing so hard! At the end Ty said, "I am laughing so hard I have tears!" Pretty fun!

I am screaming for two reasons:

1) This is what we woke up to this morning

About 8 inches when all is said and done. Lovely.

2) This is what Tytan decided to do Saturday night

He found a buzzer razor deal that Casey's brother uses to trim his beard, in the bathroom at his Grandma's house, and decided to cut his hair "like a barber". I am just glad it was in the back of his head and not the front.

So those are some scary moments. But here is someone that always makes me smile!
This is Fayth, straight out of the bath. She is seven weeks old now and changing a lot. I think from the angle above she looks a lot like Tytan. And from the angle below she looks a lot like Tanner.

Either way, she is truly a joy in our lives!
